Labour Cost per Hour

Service Description

My labour is charged at a flat rate of $60 per hour for all jobs and services. Because every property is different and building sizes vary, an hourly rate keeps pricing fair and accurate—your total is simply based on the time required to complete the work. Before I begin, I’m happy to provide a rough estimate of how long each task should take. If anything changes on the day and it looks like the job will run over the estimated timeframe, I’ll let you know straight away so you can approve the extra time before I continue. My labour is charged at a flat rate of $60 for the first hour, and after that you’re only charged for the actual time worked. That means if a job takes 1 hour 10 minutes, you’ll be charged for 1 hour plus the extra 10 minutes—not rounded up to another full hour.
